His whole professional career has been focused on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the field of Public Administration. Since 2004 he has been given the managerial responsibility to transform the central ICT Services that the Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació de la Generalitat de Catalunya (CTTI) provides to the Generalitat de Catalunya. He is director of Innovation and Technology, Technologic Strategy, Strategy, Planification and Control, Customer Area and Procurement Area. Currently, he is the managing director of CTTI. Over this last period, he has actively participated in the transformation of the ICT management model that the Generalitat de Catalunya started to implement in 2011. He describes himself as creative person, a man of dialogue and in love with “the public thing”.
